Superman fan Jon Wilson has put together a Golden Age Superman podcast covering every appearance of the character from Action Comics #1 forward.
- This is it. This is the big one. The premiere of Superman issue #1. And to commemorate the event, I have brought together some of the best in Superman podcasting today - Michael Bailey and Jeffrey Taylor of�From Crisis to Crisis: A Superman Podcast, Charlie Niemeyer from�Superman in the Bronze Age, and Kaman Stowell of the�Superman Video Podcast. Together, we first take a look at Action Comics #13, where a protection racket turns out rather randomly to be the sinister machination of Superman's first recurring villain - the Ultra-Humanite. Then we look at the new material in Superman #1, including the hero's origin, and reminisce on how this book has affected all our lives. And we can't leave out the Action Comics backup features or the newspaper strips. So come join the party!
