The Looney Tunes Show is an upcoming TV show (based on the original Looney Tunes characters and series from 1930-1969) which will premiere on Tuesday, May 3rd on Cartoon Network and on Boomerang. It is produced by Warner Bros. Animation.

Historically, both Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck have been involved in Superman parodies before. Bugs Bunny was the Rabbit of Tomorrow in "Super-Rabbit" which aired on April 3, 1943. While Daffy donned the blue tights and cape in "Stupor Duck" from July 7, 1956.
